From 1 October 2025, all GP practices must provide an online system for non-urgent requests during core hours (08:00–18:30).
We are currently testing Anima to make sure it is safe and effective before launching fully.Once ready, you will be able to access Anima via our Appointments section online with clear instructions.
- All requests will be reviewed by a clinician
- You will receive a response by the end of the next working day
- Next steps may include advice, a prescription, a test, an appointment, or referral
