DHU Healthcare CIC (‘DHU’) is committed to protecting personal data. This Privacy Statement describes why and how DHU collect and use personal data and provides information about individuals’ rights. It applies to personal data provided to it, both by individuals themselves or by others. DHU may use personal data provided to it for any of the purposes described in this Privacy Statement or as otherwise stated at the point of collection.
DHU refers to DHU Healthcare CIC (Registered in England under registration no. 05834163 and with its registration address at Johnson Building Locomotive Way, Pride Park, Derby, England, DE24 8PU) and such other DHU owned and associated companies in the UK that: (1) is a contracting party for the purposes of providing or receiving services, (2) posted a position for which you are applying, or (3) you have a role or relationship with.

When “you” or “your” are used in this Privacy Statement, DHU is referring to the relevant individual who is the subject of the personal data. DHU processes personal data for numerous purposes, and the means of collection, lawful basis of processing, use, disclosure, and retention periods for each purpose may differ.
